Distributor Duties & Responsibilities:
1) The distributor is responsible for the construction of the first Isorast building project (model home) in the specified State after
the Distributor contract is executed and the first material set is
delivered.
2) The distributor should start to build the first project within 3 months after valid contract.
3) The distributor will deliver photos and documenting content of any
building project to SRI Inc. on a regular basis, to be published on
the Isorast 2000 website.
4) The distributor should support local construction companies,
architects, owner builder, commercial building projects or disaster
management in case of hurricane damage, earthquake- or fire damage on a
professional scale according to his own expertise and SRI
guidelines.
5) The distributor is responsible for material ordering, storage, crew
training, support, tool rental, crew rental to local builders, owner
builders or government projects.
6) The distributor will be the only contractor able to offer hurricane resistant homes in the specified area.
7) The distributor is liable, strictly not to promote - directly or
indirectly, sell, resell, distribute or produce competing ICF systems.

Independent Distributorship: State or County
The State or County Right and distributorship for the entire Isorast 2000 product range.
Distributor Rights & Benefits:
1) The distributor gets the right for the specified state or county. No other distributor will be placed in the same area as long the volume
requirements are met and the customer requests are handled in a
professional manner according to the SRI guidelines.
2) All SRI generated leads or customer requests will be
forwarded directly to the distributor. Then the distributor can handle
the request in a professional and quick manner.
3) The SRI website will be listed in major search engines with
a total of over 600 Million searches per month under specific search terms in top 1 position. (Already tested with guaranteed results/leads)
This process is completely automated without any interaction of the distributor!
4) Distributor model home construction phases will be published on the SRI web site and sent to the general database on a daily
basis. All calls are forwarded to the distributor‘s telephone number.
Grand opening is published on the SRI web site too.
5) The distributor‘s right is definite, no customer will be able to
purchase material directly from SRI Inc.
6) The distributor will be able to purchase the entire Isorast 2000
product series at discounted wholesale prices only from SRI Inc.
Purchased by Container Load. All Container Loads are efficiently packed
and insured. The containers are delivered directly to the distribution storage place or building site.

Pricing:
The
Isorast® Building system is very competitive with all it's benefits
(see above) in any kind of building project. Many of the benefits are
simply not available in conventional constructions or would have an enormous price increase
overall. With the Isorast® Building System you are able to build energy
efficient homes starting at USD 80,000. As basic rule for the shell
construction we figure app. USD 25.00 to 35.00 / sft building area.
Examle:
The rate of USD 25.00 / sft - would include interior 25 cm (9 13/16 inch) &
exterior walls 31.25 cm (12 5/16 inch), ceiling / floor system, end blocks,
lintel blocks, some 135 deg. corner blocks, steel beams (floor) and
insulation ceiling panels. All the above benefits are included plus
super fast and clean installation (training provided) for the system or
the major structure with electrical and plumbing prepared (pipes) and
window, door frame could be installed before the concrete is pored. In
addition either wall or ceiling elements have the patented acoustic dampening interated. It eliminates the acoustic lenght transfer completely. (you can not find in any other ICF system).
Our light weight floor / ceiling system is highly insulated and can serve also as flat roof.
A 4-man crew can install both walls and floor system without crane! On
top of the T-beam + insulation concrete is pored. Floor / ceiling
system is interlocking with all wall elements without thermal bridging and concrete is floating into the walls - for increased strength not only in hurricane and earthquake zones.
Our wall elements are designed in a specific way with the benefit when poring concrete no vibrator
is required. Concrete (4.500 psi or better) can be pored step by step
or at full wall height of 10 feet with a small hydraulic concrete pump.
It
will save time. No waiting for different sub contractor. There is no
drywall hanging on ceilings or walls, no additional framing required.
What means as soon the shell is finished, it's ready to stucco and
interior finish! No other building method can provide you a better,
more efficient and clean installation process.
You can build
any size of home or commercial project in a matter of day's or weeks
(depending on size). All benefits are allways included with many
different design, insulation, downgrade or upgrade options.

It is very easy to integrate a fully insulated pool indoor with
