We are looking for three or more Owner Builder who wants to build an ICF home in the same area or up to 100 miles distance.
We are highly motivated to help those "Owner Builder" on their way from architectural planing and suggestion, foundation to the roof. For the system installation (from foundation) we are offering full On-Site support (real installation help in a matter of a few days)
It can be in any US or Canadian location, but a minimum of three projects at the same time (+/-) and location are necessary.
With this project we like to demonstrate the following to the owner builder and the general public:

- Virtual demonstration of unbelievable benefits to the builder and owner never seen before in any existing ICF construction.
- Invitation of TV, Radio, Press, Architects, Construction Firms and the general public when the job is done.
- Demonstration how essential the right insulation and construction method is.
- Giving you the opportunity to profit immediately after your first project is built or during construction.
- Giving you the opportunity to reduce your building cost down to zero, through selling or helping others.
- Showing the possibility of Radiant cooling or heating or both without expensive and inefficient Air Conditioner / Heating systems.
- Demonstrate the best biological room climate in the house (no dust, odor, self regulating humidity), one can imagine with a very positive impact on your health.
- Demonstrate how fast and easy it is to build an Isorast ICF home.
- Demonstrate impressively the cut off of additional material and labor (or subcontractor who can mess up your dream).
- Because of increasing building prices in the U.S. we want to show that a high efficient construction with all the benefits can be realized (owner builder) for under USD 80,-/ sft up to 120,- / sft. (finished building).
We are looking for open minded people with visions and realistic dreams for the house of the future (today). Material shipping (building set) will be door to door - directly to your construction site. The package comes in 2 or more containers. Any size between 1200 to 5000 sft accepted. We can help/advise with your existing sketch or floor plan design you chose to avoid mistakes or miscalculations before the building proceedure starts. Additionally we offer building plan design, working plan, layout plan, 3D etc. You will still need an local architect and engineering firm for your building permit. Please use the form below.
