The Isorast® product range covers over 60 different foam elements in five wall sizes, and a sophisticated floor / ceiling system. Special foam elements such as acoustic blocks, fire wall blocks, round corner- and 135 deg corner blocks, blocks with extended concrete core up to 10 1/4 inch (26 cm) concrete plus insulation on both sides.

The lightweight Isorast elements fit together in a modular grid of 6.25 cm (2-1/2 inch)

With the Isorast saw or hot wire cutter, components are easily cut to size

Openings at wall ends, corners and T-junctions are closed with end pieces.

37 cm clay blocks

Isorast wall elements are available in all sizes, from 25 cm (10 inch)to 43 cm (17 inch). In regions with warm (tropical) climate the 31 cmblock is used mainly to serve as exterior block. The insulation valueof the 31 cm block is app. 6-8 times of a regular cooler box.

Thebigger (wider) blocks 37 cm and 43 cm are more used in cold or cold /hot climate regions. For passive house construction the world leader(43 cm block) is used and has an tremendious insulation value of U=0,10 W/m2K. A "passive house" is a certified house construction without active heating system.

For more ecological- and health oriented people or builder the new Clay wall blockis the best choice. Available for all block sizes and ccombinations.Exterior - interior and interior - interior combination. Clay is earthand it is self-regulating the room humidity, it takes off odor, smokeand dust. Scientifically studies from different Universities in Austriaand Germany have proven results of high frequency reduction of up to99% when Clay is used on the inside wall surface.
